The eclectic Djanan Turan and The Flying Karpet Collective bring us into The Psychedelic World of Turkish rock legend Erkin Koray. London-based Turkish artists Djanan Turan and The Flying Karpet Collective have been at the forefront of the North London music scene for many years, with Turan often described as a Music guru, fusing earthy Turkish folk, electronica and edgy global beats. Joining them for the night will be DJ Burak Cetindag who will be spinning an eclectic mix of 60s and 70s, to early 80s Anatolian psychedelic rock, funk and jazz gems on the warm sounds of rare 7-inch vinyl. This will be backed by visuals of Anatolian music legends, film clips and psychedelic art.
